Twee teams van huurmoordenaars werken voor de regering vanuit een geheime ondergrondse 
faciliteit waarbij ze codenamen gebruiken uit het Tarot kaartspel. Wanneer de held 'Fool arriveert 
voor zijn eerste werkdag blijkt de baas vermoord te zijn onder mysterieuze omstandigheden. 
Hij moet de dader zien te vinden voordat het hele gebouw zal exploderen.
